IMPORTANT POLICY NOTICE
PLEASE READ
Rice Marine, Inc. will NOT reassemble, without replacing bad/worn parts, any
marine transmission disassembled for diagnostic inspection that, in our
judgement, will not be capable of meeting test specifications and company
quality standards upon reassembly.  After inspection a verbal or written
estimate of the rebuilding cost will be supplied to you.  If you choose not to
have the unit rebuilt it will be returned to you, unassembled, freight collect
plus a $50.00 teardown and inspection fee. 
Sending your transmission to us constitutes acceptance of this policy.
